Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week, fueled by two pricey closings in Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club.
Brokers closed 88 condo sales totaling $110.8 million from July 21 to July 27. That’s up from 85 deals totaling $89.2 million the previous week.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1.26 million higher than the $1.05 million average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $635 from $607, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.6 million to $38.2 million.
Unit S-PH2 at Surf Club Four Seasons at 9001 Collins Avenue in Surfside took the top spot with a $38.2 million closing. The sale closed at $6,731 per square foot after 9 days on market.
Ximena Penuela with Fort Realty represented both the buyer and the seller.
Unit S-1003 at the Surf Club Four Seasons closed for the second highest amount, $18.4 million, or about $4,000 per square foot after 312 days on market.
James Hait and Miltiadis Kastanis with Compass had the listing, and Bryan Halda with Gray & Associates brought the buyer.
