Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose in the last week of May.
Brokers closed 129 condo sales totaling $62.6 million from May 23 to May 31. The previous week, brokers closed 85 condo sales totaling $48.5 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $485,614, lower than the $570,234 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $323 from $329, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.3 million to $3.9 million.
Unit 353 at Mizner Court, at 140 Southeast Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $3.9 million closing. The sale closed at $1,389 per square foot after one day on market.
David Hall and Sonia Hall with Compass represented the buyer.
Unit 320B at Palm Beach Towers, at 44 Cocoanut Row in Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $3.8 million, or $2,532 per square foot after 145 days on market.
