Palm Beach County weekly condo sales dip to $54



Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume dipped in the first week of June.

 

Brokers closed 91 condo sales totaling $53.9 million from May 30 to June 7. The previous week, brokers closed 129 condo sales totaling $62.6 million.

 

Last week’s units sold for an average of $592,601, higher than the $485,614 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $341 from $323, according to data from Redfin.

 

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $985,000 to $6.1 million. 

 

PH 3AB at Plaza of the Palm Beaches Condo, at 525 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $6.1 million closing. The sale closed at $1,506 per square foot after 57 days on market.

 

Samantha Curry with Douglas Elliman represented both the buyer and the seller. 

 

Unit C601 at Akoya Boca West, at 20155 Boca West Drive in Boca Raton, closed for the second highest amount, $5.3 million, or $1,845 per square foot after 95 days on market.

 

Rebecca Spooner and James Spooner with Siemens Group Realty had the listing, and Judith Romanow with Boca West Realty brought the buyer.
