Rehoboth Terminal | Dania Beach
A logistics firm expanded to Bridge Industrial’s newly finished Dania Beach logistics facility.
Rehoboth Terminal, a logistics firm that is a sister company to Fort Lauderdale-based maritime service provider Accordia Shipping, leased 44,800 square feet at Bridge Point Port Everglades at 2200 Northeast Seventh Avenue, according to a news release from the landlord. Chicago-based Bridge Industrial, a prolific developer of warehouses, logistics and other industrial facilities in South Florida, completed the 172,000-square-foot Bridge Point Port Everglades last year.
Led by Steve Poulos, with Kevin Carroll as partner of the Southeast region, Bridge Industrial paid $20 million for the 22.4-acre site in 2022. The property, which is between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades, used to be airport parking provider Park ‘N Fly.
