Khloe Kardashian is sharing just how she got that revenge body.
After Dr. Jonny Betteridge — a viral doctor with an aesthetics clinic in London — shared a video alleging that Kardashian may have undergone a temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty, plus got lip filler, a face and neck lift and a chin implant, Kardashian stepped in to clear up any confusion and make it known exactly what she’s had done.
“I take this as a great compliment!” the 41-year-old wrote in the comment section of the June 28 video. “First off I think these photos are about 15 years apart, But here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go.”
Kardashian then got honest about her list of procedures and treatments, even tagging the doctors and providers in almost every bullet. A nose job was first on the list, followed by “Laser Hair for the hairline and everywhere else.”

“The Kardashians” star then delved into her injectables. She first shared that she’s gotten both Botox, which works by “relaxing muscles that cause wrinkles,” according to Cleveland Clinic, as well as Sculptra, “a type of dermal filler” which “uses FDA-approved poly-L-lactic acid to reduce deep wrinkles” according to the medical site. However, Kardashian explained that the second was to target the area “where my face tumor was removed in my cheek,” referring to her 2022 operation following a skin cancer diagnosis.
Otherwise, Kardashian said she’s remained filler-free as of late, explaining that she’s had the treatment “in the past but not any over the last few years.” Although, she did point out that filler often stays in the body despite attempts to dissolve the material, adding, “I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down.”
And while she may not have gotten a face and neck lift as the doctor initially theorized, she confessed that she has gotten “collagen baby Threads underneath my chin and neck,” which according to the Cleveland Clinic is “a nonsurgical procedure that lifts sagging, aging skin and stimulates collagen production.” During the procedure, “Plastic surgeons place medical-grade thread under the skin to pull the skin into position. These threads activate the body’s natural healing response, triggering the increase of collagen.”
And that’s not all when it comes to her face: She also gets Sofwave laser “for skin tightening,” a treatment that uses ultrasound technology, according to their website.
The Good American founder has additionally tried out some other non-invasive tactics, such as getting regular facials, including the salmon sperm facials, which utilize fragments of salmon DNA and RNA. Plus, Kardashian leans on peptides, vitamins and daily skincare to give her a youthful appearance.
As to the changes to her body, she credited the fact that she’s lost 80 pounds over the years with “slow and steady” methods with Joel ‘Coach Joe’ Bouraïma.
Ultimately, Kardashian — who shares daughter True Thompson, 7, and son Tatum Thompson, 2, with ex Tristan Thompson — emphasized that she has no shame in what she’s done, writing, “In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors.”
