Last week’s units sold for an average of $335,816, lower than the $341,962 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $290 from $266, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $605,000 to $2.4 million.
Unit 3901 at Beach Club, at 1830 South Ocean Drive in Hallandale Beach, took the top spot with a $2.4 million closing. The sale closed at $1,162 per square foot after 115 days on market.
Lauren Mesa with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing. Jonathan Weaver and Aleks Morina with LoKation brought the buyer.
Unit 2A at 33 Intracoastal, at 2895 Northeast 33rd Court in Fort Lauderdale. closed for the second highest amount, $1.7 million, or $800 per square foot after 79 days on market.
Steven Thornton and Peter Barkin with Compass had the listing, and William Priest with EXP Realty represented the buyer.
