“Wonder Woman” Lynda Carter finds buyer for $23M Surf Club condo

“Wonder Woman” actress Lynda Carter is flying away from Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club.

Carter entered into a contract to sell her luxury condo in Surfside, asking $23 million.

The pending sale leads the condo component of last week’s Eklund-Gomes report, which tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade County that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. Buyers signed 16 contracts between May 5 and May 11. The properties spent about 130 days on the market, on average.

Thirty-five luxury listings were added to the market, for a total of 1,320 listings.

The asking dollar volume for the eight single-family homes and eight condos under contract last week totals $144.2 million, according to the report, which is authored by the Douglas Elliman team led by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes.

The condos that secured buyers last week had an average asking price of $8.9 million and spent 153 days on the market, on average. They totaled $71.4 million in asking dollar volume, or an average of $2,706 per square foot.

Carter’s unit at 9001 Collins Avenue in Surfside has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half-bathroom and spans more than 4,000 square feet of interior space, according to the listing. Ximena Penuela of Fort Realty, the developer’s in-house brokerage, has the listing. Carter’s condo is on the ninth floor in the south tower of the luxury condo and hotel development. She paid $15 million for the unit in 2021, records show.

The single-family homes that entered into contract last week had an average asking price of $9.1 million and spent an average of 106 days on the market. They totaled $72.8 million in asking dollar volume.
