A logistics real estate company bought an industrial outdoor storage site in Pompano Beach for $25 million.
Annapolis, Maryland-based Realterm purchased the property at 3120 Northwest 16th Terrace, according to the buyer’s news release. Entities led by Scott Daiagi sold the two-lot site, records show.
Roberto Susi and Jose Sasson-Lerner of Axiom Capital Advisors represented the buyer and seller and confirmed the price.
The 8.4-acre property consists of a 3.7-acre lot leased to United Rentals and a 4.8-acre lot used as truck parking.
Led by Bob Fordi, Realterm owns and manages logistics real estate and infrastructure, according to its website.
In 2021, the firm paid $14.7 million for the 4.4 acre industrial facility at 7480 Northwest 48th Street near Miami International Airport.
In January, Realterm purchased a 13-property portfolio across 131 acres in seven markets, including Dallas-Fort Worth, Orlando, Northern New Jersey, Chicago and the Inland Empire, for $277 million.
A few industrial outdoor storage deals have closed in South Florida in recent years.
In 2023, Triarch Capital Group bought the property at 12601 West Okeechobee Road in Hialeah Gardens for $7.2 million.
IG Logistics paid $12 million in two deals for the sites at 1377 Hammondville Road and 1750 Powerline Road in Pompano Beach in 2022.
