Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 194 condo sales totaling $96 million from April 27 to May 4. The previous week, brokers closed 105 condo sales totaling $52.6 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $494,991, lower than the $500,588 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose slightly to $333 from $331, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.7 million to $4.8 million
Unit 402S at Mizner Grand, at 500 Southeast Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $4.8 million closing. The sale closed at $1,146 per square foot after 210 days on market.
Sergio Uliana with United Realty Group had the listing, and Jason Morss with Tangent Realty brought the buyer.
Unit 801-805 at Villa Magna, at 2727 South Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $4.6 million, or $1,123 per square foot after 476 days on market.
Theresa Berman and Laura Mae Gallagher with William Raveis Real Estate had the listing. Shari Orland with Champagne & Parisi Real Estate represented the buyer.
