Quest Workspaces, Florida agencies, Alva Manufacturing, more | Doral
A flex office provider, Florida state agencies and a pipes company are among tenants that leased at Doral Center.
Co-working provider Quest Workspaces now leases 38,100 square feet, after expanding its existing space by 14,600 square feet at the office complex on the southwest corner of Northwest 36th Street and Northwest 87th Avenue in Doral, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker.
Gordon Messinger and Randy Carballo of CBRE represented Doral Center’s owner, Miami-based Banyan Street Capital.
The Florida Department of Financial Services leased 5,100 square feet, and the Florida Department of Health leased 4,800 square feet, the release says. Alva Manufacturing, a firm for PVC conduits for electrical wring, leased 6,200 square feet.
Other firms signing leases at Doral Center include Monarca Insurance, which leased 6,000 square feet; data collection company WAC Research, which leased 5,200 square feet; engineering firm Kisinger Campo & Associates, which leased 3,500 square feet; and logistics firm Clasquin, which leased 3,400 square feet, according to the release.
Banyan Street, led by Rudy Touzet, bought the 290,000-square-foot, two-building Doral Center for $43 million in 2020, records show.
Bronx Luggage, Crema Gourmet, more | Coconut Creek
The Promenade at Coconut Creek shopping center scored five tenants.
Bronx Luggage leased 2,800 square feet, Crema Gourmet leased 3,100 square feet, and paint studio Dripz Bar Creations leased 1,900 square feet, according to a Promenade at Coconut Creek news release. Home fragrance brand Lélior leased 1,000 square feet, and weightloss, beauty and immunity center Rise Modern Wellness leased 2,900 square feet.
Bronx Luggage and Crema Gourmet will open this summer, Lélior will open this fall and Rise Modern Wellness will open in the fall or winter, according to the release. Dripz Bar Creations is open.
The Promenade at Coconut Creek is a 23-acre open-air shopping center with office space at 4467 Lyons Road in Coconut Creek. Boston-based AEW Capital, led by Jonathan Martin, owns the property, according to records.
