Digital marketing boss Jeffrey Herzog and his wife, Jill Herzog, sold their Delray Beach mansion for $23.5 million in an off-market deal.
Records show the Herzogs sold the house at 9480 Bent Grass Court to the ST Land Trust with attorney Parker F. Taylor signing on behalf of the buyer. The true buyer is unknown.
Jeffrey Herzog is CEO of Avenue Z, a digital marketing firm based in Miami. The Herzogs have frequently invested in South Florida real estate over the years. The couple bought a spec mansion in Coconut Grove for $14.3 million last year. Records show they sold a pair of Continuum condos for $10 million in 2022, just a few months after buying them for $7.7 million.
They bought the Delray Beach mansion for $10.6 million in 2018, according to property records. The 13,900-square-foot mansion was built on 2.6 acres in 2017, and has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a pool and a tennis court, records show.
The couple briefly listed it for $23 million in 2023 before taking it off the market, Zillow shows.
The sale marks the latest high-priced deal in Delray Beach in recent months. Earlier this month, billionaire Wayne Rothbaum sold an oceanfront lot in Delray Beach for $22 million. Boxing icon Mike Tyson bought a $13 million spec mansion in the city in January. That same month, a developer Aldo Stark sold a spec mansion in Stone Creek Ranch, a gated community near Delray Beach, to a member of the Cafaro real estate family for $55 million.
