Auberge Beach closing tops Broward weekly condo sales



Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.

Brokers closed 188 condo sales totaling $73.7 million from April 27 to May 4. The previous week, brokers closed 137 condo sales totaling $46.1 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $391,807, higher than the $336,236 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $300 from $272, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $980,000 to $3.9 million. 

Unit N302 at Auberge Beach Residences, at 2200 North Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, took the top spot with a $3.9 million closing. The sale closed at $1,449 per square foot after 70 days on market.

Michelle Nunez with Fortune International Realty and Megan Probst with Compass had the listing.

Sharon Srebnick with Coldwell Banker Realty brought the buyer.

PH-N at Casa Murano, at 141 Isle Of Venice Drive in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $3.9 million, or $1,230 per square foot after 87 days on market.

David Marder with Compass and Maria Scarola with Related ISG Realty had the listing, and Marder represented the buyer.
