Brokers closed 86 condo sales totaling $88.1 million from May 17 to May 25. The previous week, brokers closed 127 condo sales totaling $123.7 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,023,844, higher than the $973,842 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $542 from $636, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2 million to $14.8 million.
PH 2ABCD at Four Seasons Residences Miami, at 1425 Brickell Avenue in Miami, took the top spot with a $14.8 million closing. The sale closed at $1,990 per square foot after 168 days on market.
Gabriela Dajer with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, and Alejandra Anzola with Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate represented the buyer.
Unit 1004 at Fendi Chateau Residences, at 9349 Collins Avenue in Surfside, closed for the second highest amount, $9 million, or $2,699 per square foot after 189 days on market.
Fredrik Eklund and Pietro Belmonte with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Romina Grinberg with Compass brought the buyer.
