Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 139 condo sales totaling $70.5 million from April 13 to April 20. The previous week, brokers closed 115 condo sales totaling $55.4 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $507,079, higher than the $481,731 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $321 from $329, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.1 million to $10 million.
PH3 at Alina Boca Raton, at 210 Southeast Mizner Boulevard in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $10 million closing. The sale closed at $1,854 per square foot after 228 days on market.
Kathy Koch Pitlake with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Claude Champagne with Champagne & Parisi Real Estate brought the buyer.
Unit 504 at Sun & Surf, at 100 Sunrise Avenue in Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $4.1 million, or $2,650 per square foot after 34 days on market.
Fern Fodiman with Sotheby’s International Realty represented both the buyer and the seller.
