750 Ocean closing tops Palm Beach County weekly condo sales 



Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell last week. 

Brokers closed 115 condo sales totaling $55.4 million from April 6 to April 13. The previous week, brokers closed 174 condo sales totaling $216.4 million. 

Last week’s units sold for an average of $481,731, lower than the $1,243,509 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $329 from $568, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.3 million to $4.2 million. 

Unit 6S at 750 Ocean, at 750 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $4.2 million closing. The sale closed at $1,497 per square foot after 168 days on market. 

Scot Karp and Michael Wells with Premier Estate Properties had the listing, and Erin Omiatek with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.

Unit 321 at Alina Boca Raton, at 220 Southeast Mizner Boulevard in Boca Raton, closed for the second highest amount, $3.5 million, or $1,270 per square foot after 47 days on market. 

Candice Palmer with Robert Slack had the listing, and Alejandro Salazar with Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.
