Palm Beach County’s condos sales and dollar volume fell last week.
Brokers closed 105 condo sales totaling $52.6 million from April 20 to April 27. The previous week, brokers closed 139 condo sales totaling $70.5 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $500,588, lower than the $507,079 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $331 from $321, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.3 million to $5.7 million.
Unit 803 at 5000 North Ocean, at 5000 North Ocean Drive in Riviera Beach, took the top spot with a $5.7 million closing. The sale closed at $1,519 per square foot after 79 days on market.
Denise Kaslow with Compass had the listing, and J. Franco with Coldwell Banker Realty brought the buyer.
Unit 1501/1601 at Toscana West Tower II, at 3720 South Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $3.2 million, or $675 per square foot after 168 days on market.
Vincent Morea and Scott Pressman with the Keyes Company had the listing. Nancy Ghen with Coldwell Banker Realty and Judith Randon with Judith Randon Realty represented the buyer.
