Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell in the first week of March.
Brokers closed 128 condo sales totaling $46 million from Mar. 2 to Mar. 9. The previous week, brokers closed 152 condo sales totaling $57 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $359,456, lower than the $374,763 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $289 from $295, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $879,000 to $2.7 million.
Unit LPH05 at Solemar, at 1116 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, took the top spot with a $2.7 million closing. The sale closed at $1,413 per square foot after 82 days on the market.
Megan Probst with Compass and Michelle Nunez with Fortune International Realty had the listing. Vince Spadea with Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.
Unit 1502 at L’Hermitage, at 3100 North Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $2.3 million, or $1,103 per square foot, after 61 days on the market.
