100 Las Olas closing tops Broward weekly condo sales 



Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week. 

Brokers closed 101 condo sales totaling $32.6 million from Feb. 16 to Feb. 23. The previous week, brokers closed 51 condo sales totaling $31.9 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $322,632, lower than the $625,196 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $269 from $428, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $590,000 to $2.2 million. 

Unit 2303 at 100 Las Olas, at 100 East Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, took the top spot with a $2.2 million deal. The sale closed at $742 per square foot after 72 days on market.

Austin Bergman with Compass had the listing, and Courtney Fuhrmann with Waterfront Properties and Club Communities brought the buyer.

Unit 6D at Cristelle, at 1700 South Ocean Boulevard in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, closed for the second highest amount, $1.7 million, or $544 per square foot after 78 days on market.

David Saindon and Robert Shastany with Re/Max Experience had the listing, and Rachel Cruz with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer.
