Brazilian investor sells Oceana Key Biscayne condo for $15M

Brazilian investor Andre Szajman sold his Oceana Key Biscayne condo for $15.2 million.

Records show Szajman’s ACCAA LLC, a Delaware entity, sold unit LPH2S at 360 Ocean Drive in Key Biscayne to Oceana LPH2S, another Delaware entity. The deed identifies former Lehman Brothers and Bear Stearns banker Juan Ball as the buyer. Ball currently heads the investment firm ABS Capital Company in Miami, according to LinkedIn.

Juliana Savoia with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing, and Florencia Moni with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty brought the buyer.

Szajman is an investor and head of 1188 Investimentos in Brazil. Records show he bought the condo for $10 million in 2014. It spans 4,800 square feet, with four bedrooms, six bathrooms and one half-bathroom, according to records.

Oceana Key Biscayne was built in 2014 by Argentina-based developer Eduardo Costantini’s Consultatio. The oceanfront complex includes two condo towers with 154 units, 12 villas, a private beach, a putting green, a cinema and fitness center. It sold out for $550 million the year it was completed.

Szajman listed his unit for $18 million in 2022, took it off the market in 2023 and relisted it in September for $15.3 million, according to Realtor.com. The sale marked the priciest condo sale in Miami-Dade County in the third week of January.

Other recent sales in Oceana include a unit that sold in October for $8.4 million. In April, another condo sold for $9.6 million.
