Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell in the second week of December.
Brokers closed 70 condo sales totaling $28.2 million from Dec. 8 to Dec. 15. The previous week, brokers closed 112 condo sales totaling $48.7 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $402,996, lower than the $434,716 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $329 from $297, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $745,000 to $2.2 million.
Unit 407 at Riviera, at 455 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $2.2 million closing. The sale closed at $2,304 per square foot after 162 days on market.
Christine Gibbons with Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.
Unit 205S at Beach Point, at 2660 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $2.1 million, or $1,105 per square foot after 315 days on market.
