Boca Beach closing tops Palm Beach weekly condo sales

Palm Beach County’s condo sales rose last week, while dollar volume fell.

Brokers closed 78 condo sales totaling $43.1 million from Oct. 13th to Oct. 20th. The previous week, brokers closed 57 condo sales totaling $45.9 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $553,339, higher than the $387,771 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $328 from $276, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $785,000 to $9.6 million.

Unit 303 at Boca Beach Residences, at 725 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $9.6 million closing. The sale closed at $2,218 per square foot after 345 days on the market. Jacqueline Feldman with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing. Lisa Bailey Levy with eXp Realty represented the buyer.

Unit 101N at 2600 Condo, at 2600 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, snagged second place with a $3.6 million closing. The sale closed at $1,678 per square foot after 163 days on the market. Jacqueline and Adam Zimmerman with Douglas Elliman (Palm Beach) had the listing. Alyse and Justin Keller, both with Compass Florida, represented the buyer.
