FORT LAUDERDALE – Two guys have been arrested in relationship to a lethal capturing earlier this 12 months in Lauderhill.
In the early morning hours of February 7th, Christopher Fletcher was shot in the parking of a strip plaza on College Push around 45th Street. Fletcher was rushed to Broward Wellbeing Health care Centre where by he died.
According to police, the two adult males were observed inside of of The Place Lounge Bar & Grill, close to where the capturing took spot, for “a number of several hours” in advance of the taking pictures transpired, arriving and leaving in what detectives feel to be a BMW SUV.
Police stated a struggle led to the gunfire.
Surveillance video from the browsing plaza demonstrates a guy firing an assault-design rifle and an SUV speeding absent.
A next guy was also hurt in the capturing. He went to the Florida Medical Heart for remedy of a non-lifetime-threatening gunshot wound.
For the duration of the investigation, detectives recognized two adult males they thought to be associated and warrants were issued for their arrest.
On Thursday, 28-yr-aged Damar Andrews and 20-year-aged Jahiem Dixon were arrested in Sacramento, California. They are now awaiting extradition to South Florida.
