Rebel Wilson states actor Sacha Baron Cohen is the “a–hole” who has allegedly tried using to threaten her upcoming memoir from publication.
Wilson named Cohen in a post to her Instagram story on March 24.
“I will not be bullied or silenced by high priced legal professionals or PR crisis managers,” Wilson wrote. “The ‘a–hole’ that I am talking about in One particular CHAPTER of my e-book is: Sacha Baron Cohen.”
The “Pitch Great” actor previously alleged an unnamed “a–hole” was “making an attempt to threaten” her, according to Variety and other news outlets.
“He’s hired a disaster PR manager and attorneys. He’s attempting to prevent press coming out about my new e-book. But the guide WILL come out and you will all know the reality,” she claimed, according to Range.
Wilson and Cohen, 52, the two starred in the 2016 movie “The Brothers Grimsby,” a spy comedy in Cohen’s traditional edgy style where Cohen’s character, Norman “Nobby” Butcher, realizes he has a extended-dropped brother who is a spy. Wilson plays Dawn, Nobby’s girlfriend, in the movie.
