MIAMI – Leaders from South Florida’s Haitian neighborhood held a information meeting in North Miami to talk about remedies and what they’d like to see occur in their homeland.
Many of Miami’s Haitian American leaders including elected officials, the NAACP and local community corporations collected as a united front.
They hoped demonstrating up as one voice would demonstrate unity and get the ear of the Biden/Harris administration.
They have a list of what they’d like to see take place to set an close to the crisis.
Miami-Dade Commissioner Marleine Bastien, who also operates the Family Motion Network Motion has a list.
