M. Emmet Walsh, the character actor who introduced his unmistakable deal with and unsettling existence to films together with “Blood Simple” and “Blade Runner,” has died at age 88, his manager reported Wednesday.
Walsh died from cardiac arrest on Tuesday at a clinic in St. Albans, Vermont, his longtime manager Sandy Joseph said.
