MIAMI — The Chaplin School of Hospitality and Administration at Florida International University is redefining the dining experience with its Innovative Foodstuff Creation course and its in-residence restaurant known as the FIU Bistro.
Run by Professor John Noble Masi and Chef Patrica Falcon, the method delivers pupils a thorough learning expertise — covering each aspect of restaurant functions from cooking to front-of-household support.
