MIAMI – Miami police are investigating a tragic incident on Biscayne Boulevard.
A female crossing the highway was struck by a dump truck in the 2200 block. Miami law enforcement Officer Mike Vega reported her physique was pinned under the truck and she died.
At the time of the incident, she was pushing a little one in a stroller. The child, warn and crying, was taken to Jackson Memorial Clinic to be checked out.
