MIAMI GARDENS – At just 16 several years aged, Zamari Pierre Louis understood he wished to serve his church. 

He experienced just carried out his demo sermon and was on his way to remaining a pastor, but the aspiration died when he was murdered.

With no arrests, his relatives joined Miami Gardens police Tuesday to plead for assist in resolving this cold case. 

“We are grieving. They felt they could choose my toddler away,” mentioned his mother Sherita Smalls. 

Police say on January 15, 2014, Zamari had long gone to a usefulness store on NW 22nd Avenue. He was going for walks property and at 7:55 pm was confronted by a gunman at 15941 NW 18th Avenue.

“My son was very liked. This was senseless,” reported Smalls.

Law enforcement mentioned he was qualified, but it wasn’t a robbery. Miami Gardens detectives say the shooter may well have been in a white motor vehicle and is described as 6 feet tall and donning a hoodie.
