Alta Developers wants to produce a two-phase multifamily undertaking with a full of 534 models in Princeton, marking the firm’s first bet on the south Miami-Dade County neighborhood.
The progress company, led by Raimundo Onetto, designs Princeton Commons around on the northwest corner of Southwest 127th Avenue Southwest 248th Road in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, in accordance to various Alta filings to the county since 2022. The 1st stage would consist of 9 properties with 308 models, and the 2nd stage would have seven properties with 226 models.
Princeton Commons I and II every would have a few-story and seven-tale buildings.
Design of equally phases is predicted to start off in June, and completion is slated for late 2025, in accordance to a Princeton consultant.
Miami-centered Alta has been ramping up its development attempts across South Florida. In Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District, Alta and the Pérez family’s Similar Team are acquiring a 56-tale, 319-device apartment tower branded by B&B Italia at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard.
Past year, Alta took around development of the 7-story, 30-device Alana condo at 9901 West Bay Harbor Push in Bay Harbor Islands. The preceding developer, Chilean firm Ambienta Developers, led by Claudio Cordero, unsuccessful to secure design financing or start creating the task.
In North Miami, Alta programs an 18-story, 96-device condominium setting up at 11950 North Bayshore Travel.
