MIAMI — Miami Heat player Haywood Highsmith is currently being sued by a 21-calendar year-previous gentleman whose leg experienced to be amputated just after a car or truck crash.
In the lawsuit, Alekxei Pino, the victim of the crash, states Highsmith was rushing when he slammed into him.
Pino claims he was serving to a stranded driver around the intersection of Southwest 136th Street and 138th Avenue at the time of the crash.
The lawsuit claims Pino suffered severe accidents which include the loss of his appropriate leg.
The suit is inquiring for damages approximated to be extra than $50,000.
