Michael Simkins’ Lion Growth Team, House Markets Team and Alex Karakhanian’s Miami-dependent Lndmrk Improvement scooped up a 1.5-acre advancement site at 105 Northwest Eleventh Terrace, according to the buyers’ news launch. They approach a multifamily undertaking with sector price and workforce units on the website, which is 5 blocks north of the Brightline station.
