MIAMI – The Fort Lauderdale Police Department is investigating the capturing of a 16-yr-previous boy, who showed up at Broward Health and fitness Healthcare Center on Thursday early morning to be handled for his accidents. 

The teen, whose accidents are non-life-threatening, advised police that he accidentally shot himself in the 1100 block of NW 24th Avenue. 

Investigators said immediately after the capturing, a university student at Dillard Significant Faculty, located in the 2400 block of NW 11th Street, was situated on campus with a gun. 

That college student was detained without incident. 

Detectives feel these two incidents are connected and are working to obtain additional data and information.
