MIAMI – All lanes of Interstate 75 in Naples had been shut down Friday afternoon soon after a small jet airplane crashed on the highway bursting into flames.

It took place near mile marker 107.
The Florida Highway Patrol says the plane collided with a automobile as it attempted to touch down on the highway.
Pictures from FDOT cameras showed various fire rescue and law enforcement units at the scene.
