MIAMI – The Miami-Dade Police Section declared Wednesday the arrest of three Westwind Lakes Backyard garden Properties Condominium Association board users accused of stealing $42,000 from the association’s financial institution account.
Investigators said Idoris Pedroso, 63, dispersed different banknotes totaling somewhere around $42,000 from the association’s official financial institution account.
“The banknotes were composed to Yoel Fernandez, 42, who is a household associate and the boyfriend of Yasnely Pedroso, 38. The payments ended up for contractual repairs at the condominium having said that, they had been never ever carried out,” investigators explained.
Law enforcement reported Pedroso solicited the manufacturing of fraudulent invoices from a vendor to mask and substantiate the distribution of condominium property meant for the primary contractual labor that failed to begin.
The Pedrosos and Fernandez are going through Grand Theft and Organized Plan to Defraud costs.
