MIAMI – The U.S. Marshal’s Business office has been purchased by a federal courtroom to seize $63,500,000 in property from Miami Commissioner Joe Carollo.

In a writ of execution submitted Tuesday, the United States District Court docket ordered marshals to seize Carollo’s money, goods, and land.

The seized money and assets will be utilised to fulfill a federal civil judgment.

Past November, a federal court docket requested the city to garnish the commissioner’s wages soon after he was liable in June for violating the 1st Modification rights of two businessmen who accused him of making an attempt to wipe out their enterprises as political retaliation.
