Puttery, a mini-golfing supplier backed by skilled golfer Rory McIlroy, will open up an outpost in Miami’s Wynwood.
Puttery will offer three nine-gap golf courses across 17,800 square feet at 239 Northwest 28th Avenue, in accordance to the company’s site and a news launch. The outpost, which is predicted to open this month, will include things like two bars and dining choices.

A Mexico Metropolis-based hospitality team opened an Italian cafe in Miami’s Wynwood community.
Grupo Mandolina’s Giorgina cafe leased about 4,000 square toes at 2700 North Miami Avenue, according to a news release from BEA Interiors Style and design. The Miami-dependent agency, started and led by Bea Pernia, designed the Giorgina interior, which emulates a Mediterranean environment and has a ceiling adorned with 5,000 lemons on vines.
Giorgina is led by executive chef Hector Caspio and chef expert Federico Tischler.
The restaurant’s Wynwood outpost is at the Cynergi rental building.

Discounted retail chain Greenback Tree opened 3 new suppliers throughout South Florida.
The retailer leased 14,000 sq. toes at 8313 West Flagler Avenue in the Fontainebleau neighborhood in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, according to a information release from the tenant’s broker. The outpost is in the Flagler Park Plaza owned by Jericho, New York-dependent Kimco Realty, records clearly show.
Greenback Tree also opened in 13,500 square toes at 2750 West 68th Road in Hialeah, as perfectly as in 9,000 square toes at 2929 North Armed service Trail inside Crosstown Plaza around West Palm Seashore, according to the release.
