MIAMI – A Miami-Dade Florida Residence agent has submitted a bill that would successfully ban all abortions from the instant of fertilization, with no exceptions.
Florida Dwelling Monthly bill 1519 submitted by Sweetwater Agent, Republican David Borrero, claims “a individual exists from the second of fertilization.”
The invoice restricts all abortions besides of scenarios wherever an abortion is important to protect the “daily life of a pregnant woman.”
