Brokers closed 97 condo product sales totaling $74.1 million from Jan. 21st to Jan. 27th. The former week, brokers shut 81 condo income totaling $70.6 million.
Last week’s models sold for an average of $764,239, decrease than the $871,473 common sale price from the prior 7 days. The regular rate per sq. foot fell just a greenback, to $542 from $543, according to facts from condo.com. Condos shut following an average of 69 times on the industry.
