Douglas Durst Lists Palm Beach Compound for $30 Million


Real estate developer Douglas Durst is putting a Palm Beach compound on the market for $30 million.

The 1-acre assets at 250 Angler and 1333 North Lake Way is on a seaside cabana avenue and has two non-public households with a whole of 8,200-square ft of dwelling area, which includes 7 bedrooms, in accordance to the listing.
