FORT LAUDERDALE – The Broward Sheriff’s Business has introduced the names of the two adult males who died Tuesday night in a smaller plane crash in the murky waters of the Everglades off I-75 near Weston.
BSO recognized the victims as Khadim Kebe of Texas and Mohamed Badenjki or North Miami Seaside.
“We observed two occupants, regrettably, they were deceased,” mentioned Broward Sheriff Hearth Rescue Battalion Chief Michael Kane.
The single-engine Cessna 172 Skyhawk took off from North Perry Airport in Pembroke Pines about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, in accordance to FlightAware, traveling just 29 miles.
“It perhaps went off the radar at 6:45 p.m. We were not alerted until eventually this morning all over 10:30 a.m.,” said Kane
