MIAMI – Rapper Loaded the Kid was arrested on Miami Seashore early Monday right after he was accused of trespassing on a residence.
Loaded the Child, aka 31-yr-old Dimitri Roger, was taken into custody during a law enforcement investigation into a bomb danger at 17th Avenue and Collins Avenue.
According to law enforcement, they experienced cordoned off an region a single block more than in each and every direction with police “do not cross” tape.
When Roger approached the tape, he reportedly instructed an officer stationed there that he desired to get to his lodge. When the officer advised him he could not cross the tape and if he did so would be arrested, Roger replied “I’ll bond out in 20 minutes,” and walked away, according to the arrest report.
Roger reportedly walked to the southeast corner of 17th Avenue and Collins Avenue the place a number of officers viewed him crossing under the tape. When they explained to him he couldn’t cross the tape, police reported Roger walked absent from officers.
He then went to the rear of the constructing where he was confronted by safety employees who advised him that the property was closed and he was not allowed there. Roger reportedly informed them ‘stop me’. He then hopped the fence onto the house and went into the making where there was an lively K9 sweep heading on, according to the report.
When he was purchased to depart, Roger went to the driveway and hung all-around, according to police. He was then taken into custody.
Roger has been charged with trespassing immediately after staying presented a warning and resisting arrest without having violence.
