MIAMI – A team of pro-Palestinian demonstrators held a protest Thursday night time at the tree-lighting ceremony at Miami City Corridor.
They chanted “stop-fire” and held indicators whilst being retained away by law enforcement from the true ceremony.
They want attention concentrated on the plight of Palestinians living in Gaza.
The group planned to stand in silence until finally Mayor Francis Suarez took the phase and then they started out chanting
CBS News Miami’s Larry Seward mentioned they also showered Mayor Suarez with derogatory chants.
