MIAMI — A person was arrested immediately after he was accused of offering a younger girl a marijuana edible in advance of raping her inside a lavatory at Dolphin Shopping mall last week, in accordance to a police report.

David Rivero, 33, of Miami, was being held at the Miami-Dade County jail following remaining denied bond all through a hearing Tuesday. He has been billed with a felony depend of sexual battery on a small by an adult, according to the law enforcement report.
