MIAMI – Florida Office of Transportation officers have declared a new site visitors sample for I-395.
Changes will be carried out on Thursday for drivers on westbound I-395 and for those motorists moving into I-395 from the Downtown Miami place.
Here is how the FDOT claims improvements will affect you:
“Drivers on westbound I-395 will be diverted to new bridges soon after passing Biscayne Boulevard. Drivers heading north on I-95 will now exit on the ideal aspect of the roadway and those heading south will exit to the still left.”
“Motorists heading west to SR 836 will keep on straight. Motorists in the Downtown location will now have a lot more choices to accessibility westbound I-395 via the new entrance ramp found at North Miami Avenue.”
“Motorists on NE 13 Avenue will continue straight across NE 1 Avenue and North Miami Avenue to access the new ramp whilst motorists heading north on NE 1 Avenue will transform still left soon after passing underneath I-395.”
“Motorists will now also have obtain to the new westbound I-395 ramp by turning appropriate at a new signalized intersection right after passing NE 14 Avenue.”
Officers say the work is part of the I-395/SR 836/I-95 Layout-Develop Task that will reconstruct the I-395 corridor from the SR 836/I-395/I-95 (Midtown) Interchange to the MacArthur Causeway Bridge.
