MIAMI – A gentleman enduring homelessness is accused of exposing himself and inappropriately touching a 6-year-previous woman.
According to police, previous thirty day period the woman was staying at the Marco Polo Vacation resort on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach when she saw a male she regarded from past visits.
The two engaged in a conversation when the male, who police recognized as 42-yr-aged Alejandro Londono, reportedly supplied her 20 bucks. He then walked up the stairs to the vending machines. The female would afterwards inform law enforcement she adopted him. When she questioned for the income, the woman instructed police he crouched down, opened his zipper, and exposed himself.
The female quickly still left the location. Police stated the female couldn’t recall the precise day this transpired but she did tell her father about it quite a few times later on.
According to the law enforcement, during their investigation, they reviewed surveillance tape from the hotel.
On November 28th, cameras captured the girl and her father getting into the lobby and about 10 seconds later on Londono also walked in as very well. The woman approached him as if to say “hello”. Londono then sat on a sofa as he charged his cell phone.
In the video clip, the girl and Londono seem to be obtaining a discussion when he achieved out his still left arm and touched her in a lewd or lascivious manner, in accordance to the police. An act he reportedly recurring 2 times far more before the girl still left with her father.
On December 21, an worker of the lodge contacted law enforcement and instructed them Londono had just left the making. He was taken into custody shortly afterward.
Londono has been billed with three counts of lewd or lascivious carry out and 1 count of lewd or lascivious exhibition.
