Greg Norman’s ex-wife Laura Andrassy could require a caddy to carry her bag following marketing her Palm Seaside household for $24.3 million.
Data show Andrassy offered the house at 167 Dunbar Road to HousePoor LLC, a Delaware entity registered to the Larchmont, New York deal with of David L. Picket. Picket is the president of the New York-dependent developer Gotham Business, one of the Massive Apple’s oldest development firms.
Andrassy is the initial spouse of PGA tour champ Greg Norman, who is now the CEO and chairman of the Saudi-backed LIV Golfing league. The pair were married from 1987 to 2001.
Their daughter, Morgan Dillavou of Florida Dwelling Realty, and daughter-in-law, Michelle Thomson of Coldwell Banker Realty, represented both equally the customer and seller in the transaction.
Andrassy purchased the Dunbar Highway residence for $3.3 million in 2010, documents show. She concluded the 5,900-sq.-foot household in 2016. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two 50 percent-bathrooms and a pool, the listing shows.
