As the price of insurance coverage rises, HOAs have been pressured to elevate expenses putting a financial squeeze on householders. Corruption is also a concern soon after leaders of the Hammocks HOA have been accused of theft and fraud to the tune of two million pounds. Florida now has the HOA Bill of Legal rights but critics say its protections don’t go significantly ample.
We listen to from householders from four South Florida HOAs, Miami-Dade Point out Attorney Kathy Fernandez Rundle and Point out Rep. Juan Carlos Porras of Miami-Dade County who prepare on introducing a stronger HOA Bill of Rights in the future legislative session.
