Broward County condominium product sales dollar quantity rose in November.
Brokers closed 829 apartment profits in Broward in November totaling $286 million, in contrast to 851 gross sales in October totaling $277 million, MLS information from Redfin present.
November sale selling prices ranged from $75,000 to $4.6 million, with a median selling price of $245,000. The selling price per sq. foot ranged from $81 to $2,245, with a median of $235 — $2 decrease than October’s median cost per sq. foot.
Four Seasons Residences Fort Lauderdale topped the charts with a $4.6 million sale. Unit 1903 at 525 North Fort Lauderdale Seashore Boulevard traded for $2,052 per square foot, immediately after 228 days on the market. Daniel Teixeira with Douglas Elliman had the listing. Heather Lefka with Florida Lavish Qualities represented the buyer.
The sale selling price is $2.1 million considerably less than October’s best sale. Auberge Beach Residences device N1501 at 2200 North Ocean Boulevard, also in Fort Lauderdale, marketed for $6.7 million.
Bottoming out the charts, Castle Residences device 206 at 2271 Northwest 48th Terrace in Lauderhill closed at $75,000 — or $81 per square foot. It bought soon after 96 days on the industry. MaryEllen De Rosa with the Keyes Company experienced the listing. Lelia Roberts with Coral Shores Realty represented the purchaser.
