MIAMI — It will be a windy day in South Florida Thursday with gusts anticipated to top rated out close to 30 miles for every hour in some sections of the area this afternoon.
The Nationwide Weather conditions Company issued a wind advisory for the location and CBS News Miami meteorologist Dave Warren reported the winds gusts will probably peak in between noon and 3 p.m.

There is a 20 percent opportunity of rain with the gusty offshore winds envisioned to drive the passing showers to the west and south this afternoon.
The high temperature right now is envisioned to top out only in the very low 80s, Warren mentioned.
