MIAMI – From Broward County to Miami-Dade, thousands of persons decked out in their best Halloween costumes celebrated throughout the region.
In Wilton Manors, The Pleasure Middle at Equality Park held its annual “Wicked Manors” Halloween Road Competition. This year’s concept, Little Generate or Horrors.
CEO Robert Boo mentioned hundreds were being expected to go to and they invested $70,000 into added safety actions.
